Southeast Texans showing gratitude on Thanksgiving morning in Orange County
Although Harvey caused a lot of damage and loss for Southeast Texas, there's some people still willing to give back.
Angel San Juan was in Orange County on Thanksgiving morning.
A feast was cooked to show appreciation for the volunteers with AmeriCorps - a voluntary civil society program supported by the U.S. federal government, foundations, corporations, and other donors - helping out since Harvey.
These are about 100 young adults, ages 18 to 25, most of whom came from Albuquerque, New Mexico. They've been helping Southeast Texans gut out their homes.
Food came from all over the Triangle - from Newton to Port Arthur, Orange and Beaumont.
