Ragin' Cajun came to the South Texas State Fair from Shreveport, La.
Some staples on their menu include chicken and waffles, a shrimp po-boy and Cajun nachos with shrimp, alligator, and crawfish.
Their booth is located right across from the Lumberjack Show.
