Former Orange County deputy accused of exposing himself at couple's home
A former Orange County Sheriff's Office deputy was arrested Thursday after a couple said he exposed his genitals at their home earlier this year.
Brian Kenneth Foley, 48, of Orange, faces a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure.
The couple told investigators that on April 30, Foley entered their home on Craft Lane and "exposed his erect penis to them which alarmed and offended both of them," according to a probable cause affidavit obtained Friday by KFDM/KBTV.
Foley was interviewed by an investigator nine days later, when he claimed to not remember the incident due to his post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Foley was placed on administrative leave pending an investigation and is no longer employed by the sheriff's office, according to a Friday news release.
He bonded out of the Orange County jail shortly after he was booked Thursday.
