One year after fire, Humane Society of Southeast Texas halfway to fundraising goal
It's been a year since a fire destroyed the Humane Society of Southeast Texas.
Pets were lost and many people were concerned about it as it was happening.
James Ware reports on the group's fundraising goal of $7 million for a new facility.

Just before noon, the Humane Society held a "blessing of the pets" ceremony.
