Body found in deadly Tyler County house fire
Investigators believe a body discovered in a home that burned Sunday in Tyler County is that of the homeowner.
The body was discovered after firefighters and sheriff's deputies responded to a house fire off County Road 4180.
They received the call at about 5:30 p.m. Sunday. The house was fully engulfed in flames when emergency personnel arrived.
The State Fire Marshal and the Tyler County Sheriff's Office are on the scene and an autopsy will be performed in Beaumont.
Investigators say they're not ruling out anything at this point. They did not know the origin of the fire as of Monday morning.
